Thanksgiving Week Shipping Schedule: Orders placed after Wednesday, November 22nd at Noon will ship on Monday, November 27th

Christmas Week Shipping Schedule: Orders placed after Friday, December 22nd at Noon will ship on Tuesday, December 26th

New Year's Week Shipping Schedule: Orders placed after Friday, December 29th at Noon will ship on Tuesday, January 2nd

Currently we ship beer within California only. We DO ship merchandise-only orders to all states within the US.

Order any combination of 4-packs and/or merch for Shipping to California! Orders ship out Monday-Friday, and our shipping cutoff time is Noon for your beer to ship out the same day. For example, if you place your order on Friday before 12pm, it will ship out Friday afternoon. If you place an order Friday after 12pm, it will ship the following Monday.

Yes, you must be 21 or older to purchase beer and someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the package. No exceptions. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. After three unsuccessful attempts your shipment will be returned to sender.

  • Beer: Free Shipping for all orders over $75! $20 flat rate for all beer orders under $75.
  • Combination Beer & Merch: Free Shipping for all orders over $75! $20 flat rate for all orders including beer under $75.
  • Merchandise Only: Free Shipping for orders over $75! $5 flat rate for all merch-only orders under $75. 

You will get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships with a tracking number.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on beer.

We accept returns and exchanges for unused and unworn merchandise items within 30 days of order receipt. After that, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for return, goods must be non-alcohol, non-sale items in the same condition as they were upon shipment, and unused/unworn.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If exchanging for another item, we will ship the replacement item free of charge. Taproom exchanges may be made based on inventory availability; please contact customer service at taproom@burgeonbeer.com to confirm availability and make exchange arrangements.

If an item was damaged or broken in transit, reply to your confirmation email with the details and a photo of the damaged/incorrect order and we’ll make it right!

For all other returns or exchanges, please reply to your confirmation email with your order number, reason for return, and request for exchange or refund, then ship your items back to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
